Our clients love us (and we love them more)

Our number one priority at Eazitax is positive client experience.

We measure client happiness with NPS (Net Promoter Score), an internationally recognised framework used to understand if a customer would recommend our service to others. It’s done by asking a direct and easy question, “Would you recommend Eazitax to a friend or colleague?” rated on a scale of 0 to 10. The response is put into one of three groups. A score of 0 to 6 counts as a detractor, 7 to 8 is a passive, and 9 to 10 is a promoter. The Net Promoter Score is equal to the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors.

In our recent anonymous client survey (April 2022) our NPS (Net Promoter Score) was 91, which is considered to be ‘world-class’ and is a testament to the great relationship we have with our clients.
 
 

Most business owners would not recommend their accountant

In a study by Xero, the overall accounting and bookkeeping industry NPS in the UK is -3.0 (Yep, MINUS 3) and millennial business owners rated tax advisors even less with an NPS rate of -8.8. More people are complaining about their accountant than recommending them.

We’re over the moon with our score of 91. It proves to us that our clients are happy with the service we provide and love to shout it from the rooftops
 
 

But we aren’t stopping there.

91 isn’t 100. Although no clients gave us a score of less than 7, we understand that there are always ways to improve our service. We actively encourage honest feedback to ensure we can act upon it and take the learnings into consideration.

How long have you been an Eazitax client?

When we asked for some comments from our clients, they praised our friendly, helpful team and efficient, non-stuffy approach. This survey didn’t have any negative comments.

Interestingly, when asked ‘How long have you been an Eazitax client?’ over 60% of people surveyed had been a client for over 4 years, with 25% stating they had been a client for over 10 years. We’re extremely proud of the fact our clients stay with us for years and years.
 
 

You’ve got a friend in me

In the same anonymous client survey, we asked ‘Where did you hear about Eazitax?’47% said they were referred by a

friend. In fact, 44% of new clients who have signed up to Eazitax this year (2022) so far have been referred to by a friend.
